little bit about us...
The sale or purchase of a
home is one of the most intense experiences a person can have. We are here to help the
people in any way we can. When you need us, we are there. We work on a problem until it is
fixed. You may have heard the expression that a "deal fell out of escrow" when
it turned sour. Well, when we are the agents in a transaction, nothing "falls"
out! It has to go kicking and screaming. We will do absolutely anything we possibly can to
keep a deal together.
Selling Grants Pass Real Estate here in Southern Oregon is a continuing source of
satisfaction for us. We are able to help many of our clients realize their lifelong dream
of retiring to this wonderful, paradise-like area filled with gracious and friendly
people. In addition, we are able to assist first time buyers navigate through the
incredible minefield know as "buying your first home".
The Real Estate here in the Grants Pass Area varies from barely
adequate to palatial. Our job is to match each client with the best possible home or ranch
while maintaining a close eye on reality. We have helped young couples obtain
pre-qualification for a loan when other agents have turned them away. We have knocked on
doors to find that special home in a specific area when a client's needs are not readily
available on the Grants Pass Multiple Listing Service.
Often a client has a credit
history that is so discouraging that even the most sympathetic agent has turned them away.
We have spent many hours with Government administrators and private companies as we have
campaigned for their assistance in remedying a bad entry on a credit report or obtaining a
letter of explanation.
