Fred has a B.S. degree in psychology from the University of the State of New
York, is a graduate of the Dallas Hypnosis Training Institute and has been in
practice since 1995. Sandy has also been trained in hypnosis and although
she is not currently seeing clients, she is happy to take time to explain how hypnosis
works and answer any questions you may have. |

For most problems, we use a process we call "emotional clearing". This process
allows you to go back to the root cause of your problems. Everything in life follows the
law of cause and effect. For this reason, when you identify the cause and eliminate it,
the effect automatically disappears.
This process also allows you to change any negative belief systems that are no longer
serving you. Many of our beliefs about ourselves and about life were put there unknowingly
by our parents, peers and teachers, usually at a time before we could reason so we had
little choice in those beliefs. Through the process we use, you are able to re-evaluate
those core beliefs and, if you choose, change them to allow you to regain control of your
life.
