Marv has experience in many areas of business management and customer service. From school teacher to business owner to materials buyer for a large "Home Center" Corporation, he has dealt with details and solved problems in all areas of client service. Steve moved to Grants Pass from Southern California in 1990. After graduating from the University of Southern California in 1964, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Management, Steve served in the U.S. Army for two years. After the Military, Steve owned his own Home Furnishing Company. In addition, he spent 18 years as a member of the Los Angeles Police Department. Steve retired in 1990 and moved to Grants Pass, Oregon. During the past ten years he has been involved  in private real estate investments specializing in Residential, Income and Commercial Properties. Steve is also an Accredited Buyers Representative.
