Marv has experience in many areas of
business management and customer service. From school teacher to
business owner to materials buyer for a large "Home Center" Corporation,
he has dealt with details and solved problems in all areas of client
service. Most recently, Marv has been a Real Estate Appraiser and a Real
Estate Agent in California before recently moving to Grants Pass
with his wife. He enjoys hiking, camping and outdoor activities
and has done many long distance bicycle tours. He has extensive
experience in client satisfaction, business management, and
contract negotiations. We are sure he can help you reach
whatever Real Estate goals you may have.
Steve moved to Grants Pass from Southern California in 1990. After graduating from the
University of Southern California in 1964, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance
and Management, Steve served in the U.S. Army for two years. After the Military, Steve
owned his own Home Furnishing Company. In addition, he spent 18 years as a member of the
Los Angeles Police Department.
Steve retired in 1990 and moved to Grants Pass, Oregon. During the past ten years he has
been involved in private real estate investments specializing in Residential, Income
and Commercial Properties. Steve is also an Accredited Buyers Representative.
Dave grew up in the Evans Valley, Rogue River area. He has been in and around Southern
Oregon since 1947. Dave is a family man who enjoys spending time with his family and wife
of 37 years. His hobbies are collecting and repairing antique clocks and many outdoor
activities including golf, fishing and hunting. Dave has been managing manufacturing
plants for the timber industry in Oregon and Northern California for the past 25 years.
Dave's long time knowledge and appreciation of
Southern Oregon are a real plus in providing individuals and families with a pleasant,
competent, and rewarding experience in all their real estate needs.
Robert was raised in the Rogue Valley. Served four years in the Air
Force during the Vietnam period. He joined United Air Lines and served
as mechanic, quality control inspector, and supervisor. He has
experience in landscaping, and has maintained personal rental
properties. The Grants Pass/Rogue River area is home territory and he
enjoys the outdoors, cycling, swimming, and has done many stained glass
projects. He is currently President of the United Air Lines Retiree's in
Southern Oregon.
His interest in Real Estate comes from the years of being involved in
farming with his Grandfather in Wimer & having owned several homes. His
goal is helping others see their dreams of owning a home or business in
this unique region of Southern Oregon come true. He has a heart to serve

Jerry has 38 years experience in real estate and in the past has been
president of Grants Pass Board of Realtors. Also Chairman of Grants Pass
Multiple Listing Service, past President of Grants Pass Exchange Club (3
years), State Director of Grants Pass Board Of Realtors (3 years),
Realtor Of The Year of Grants Pass, Realtor Of The Year-Southeast
Board-California, and State Director of Southeast Board in California (2
years). Jerry has owned his own business for 18 years in Oregon and 3
years in California.
